Ding officially founded CRCM in 2006 and serves as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of CRCM. Prior to founding CRCM, he spent nine years (1997-2006) at Farallon Capital Management as a Managing Member specializing in Merger Arbitrage. Ding worked as an analyst in Capital Market department at Goldman Sachs between 1993 and 1995. He graduated from Middlebury College in 1993 with a B.A. in Economics, where he was Valedictorian of his class. Ding was also elected as the Baker Scholar when he received his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1997.
Toby became a Partner in 2015. He was voted to be Forbes 30 under 30 in 2016. Prior to CRCM, He was a venture investor at Edison Partners and was also once a technical program manager in the Windows Division at Microsoft building Windows 8 and Microsoft Surface. He co-founded Tradeversity, an online textbook market platform backed by RPM Ventures. He also served as a consultant at the Wharton Small Business Development Center. Toby holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
Anh became a Partner in 2019. She worked with CRCM from 2011 to 2015 in both hedge fund and venture fund. She returned in 2018 after serving as a Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Toast. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
Bing is a partner in CRCM and she is now also in charge of CRCM Hangzhou Incubator. Prior to CRCM, she worked as a Financial Analyst in MergerTech Advisors. She holds an MBA from California State University and an LLM from UC Davis.
Greg founded Ride Ventures in January 2016 and primarily invests in SaaS, fintech, consumer tech, marketplaces and platforms. Since 2008, Greg has been an active, early-stage investor in the technology and consumer sectors and has invested in over 120 companies. Prior to founding Ride Ventures, Greg spent 18+ years as an equity investor in the hedge fund industry specializing in TMT, consumer and IPOs. Greg graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University in 1992 with a B.A. in Economics. Greg received his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1997.
Sunny joined CRCM in 2015. She has previous experience with Man Group China, Sohu, and Northeast Securities. She holds a BS in Economics and a BA in Psychology from University of Minnesota.
Haitao joined CRCM in 2018. Prior to CRCM, he was an investment manager in China Fellow Partners. He also founded 51qianlaila and Zhejiang University Find Me Technology. Peter earned a BS in Chemical Engineering & Bioengineering from Zhejiang University.
Yuhan joined CRCM in 2018. She has previous experience at KIG Capital Advisors and Cybernaut China. She holds a Master in Applied Quantitative Research from NYU and a BS in Applied Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Bonnie joined CRCM in 2018. She has operational and accounting experience previously at Fonterra Shanghai and Shanghai Joint Buy Co. She holds a BA in Accounting from Shanghai University.
Special Project Manager
Vivi joined CRCM in 2018. Prior to CRCM, Vivi worked as a Leasing Manager at Beijing Meidiya Real Estate. She has an MBA from William Jessup University . She also holds a Masters in Fashion from The Academy of Art and a BA in Accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics in China.
Jack joined CRCM in 2019. He has previous experience at JP Holdings, The Whale Capital and CBRE Group. Jack holds a BS in Econometric and Quantitative Economics from University of California, Davis.
Special Project Manager
Shawn joined CRCM in 2017 and later on has established I-intern Career Consulting Group as CEO. He has an Bachelor Degree from UCSD and a Master degree in Media from The Academy of Art University.
Kelvin joined CRCM in 2009. He has over 20 years of extensive operations experience in handling Asia Pacific markets. Prior to joining CRCM, Kelvin was the Head of Operations at Blackstone A.M.N. Advisors from 2008. Prior to joining Blackstone, Kelvin worked in different roles from head of trade support and project manager in Operations, and lately Head of Client Services in Prime Brokerage at UBS AG in Hong Kong from 1994 until 2008. Kelvin graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a BS in Science.
Jessica joined CRCM in 2009. She has over 10 years of extensive operations experience in handling U.S. and Asia Pacific markets. Prior to joining CRCM, Jessica worked at Primarius Capital from 2005 to 2009 where she was responsible for the firm’s operations and compliance. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in Economics in 2005.
Partner, Business Development
Alexandra is responsible for business development and investor relations for CRCM. She has experience at Zen Macro as the Head of Business Development and at Deutsche Bank PWM as a Product Specialist. She also worked at Oliver Wyman as a Management Consultant, and at State Street Global Markets as a Research Analyst. Alexandra has a BS in Economics from University of York.
Kenson is responsible for operations at CRCM. Prior to CRCM, Kenson served as a Finance Assistant for the San Mateo County Department of Transport. He holds a BA in International/Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an AA in Accounting from the College of San Mateo.
Elsie joined CRCM in 2019. She has previous experience at Kitman Chan CPA Firm, VIP EXPRESS Shipping Company and Charli's seafood Wholesale. She holds a BS in Business and Accounting from San Francisco State University.
Ron works for CRCM Hangzhou Incubator. He has prior experience at THE Environmental,and was responsible for government bid and business development. He holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from Wuhan Polytechnic University.
Kiking works for CRCM Hangzhou Incubator. Previously, she worked at Hangzhou Ufrate Incubator as an Operation Manager. She earned a BA in Business Management from Birmingham University.
Yuhao works at CRCM Hangzhou Incubator and is responsible for the marketing. He previously worked at Fang 88 and earned a BS in Engineering Management from Zhejiang Gongshang University.
Aibert used to work at Tongling Sitong Environmental Technology and now works at CRCM Hangzhou Incubator. He graduated from Anhui Vocational College of Grain Engineering.
